This policy explains, in plain language, what Monica AI collects when you use monica-hub.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it.

2. 2. Scope of this policyThis policy covers the Monica AI website, the companion profiles published on it and any chat sessions started from it. It does not cover third party websites you reach through external links.
3. 3. Age requirementMonica AI is intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age, and accounts identified as belonging to minors are removed.

26. 26. Children's content policyWe prohibit any content or roleplay involving minors. Accounts attempting it are terminated without notice and may be reported.
